Events

The session began by a brief discussion on why each person was their and what the hoped to get out of the session
Then we moved on to a practical game/experience where sir selected 10 people from the audience to come to the forms and engage in a 15 min activity centred on the theme team building.
Through this brief experience we got to understand that team building is not only about right people and a leader rather it is about how any person can integrate a group given to them in the best way possible to tackle the problem.
The next on the agenda was the main training where we learned about the key roles of being a good leader as well as a good team member.
The Q&A session that followed was another hilight as the participants resolved their confusions regarding workplace and personal team building issues including managing people with different skill sets, listening to the opinions of othes and peacefully resolving conflicts to bring everyone on the same page when working together
The session ended with the felicitation of the speaker Jc mukesh Ashar Sir.
More than anything the session left the attendees with a clear message that it's not only the leader whose efforts matter rather it's the collective efforts of the entire team from giving ideas to execution of tasks that make any team successful
